Covid-19

The time has finally come! As of July 1st, we are welcoming clients back into our building and we are so excited to see you!

To keep everyone safe and comfortable, our new appointment procedures are:

  • Upon arriving in our parking lot for an appointment, please remain in your car. Call or text the front desk. There are signs at the front of each parking space with directions and phone numbers.

  • If you would prefer to remain curbside for your appointment versus entering the building, please let our team know and we are happy to accommodate.

  • If you are coming in the building for your appointment, our technicians will call you and/or come directly out to your vehicle when your exam room is ready. They will escort you and your pet(s) into the building.

  • We ask that only one client per exam room come into the building. If you have a special circumstance and require an additional family member, please let us know in advance.

  • All clients entering the building (regardless of vaccine status) must wear a mask.

  • After your appointment, our team will process your payment in your exam room and escort you out of the building.

For non-appointment related activities:

  • All prescription pick up’s, food pick up’s, and grooming-boarding drop off’s/pick up’s will remain curb side for now. Please call/text upon arriving and our team will be out to assist you.

Please call our office at 614-885-6242 with any questions. Our team looks forward to serving you!

With ❤️ and thanks,
Dr. Jim Miller and your WWACC Team
